Case studies
How to read a web design case study.
Most agency case studies are unfalsifiable. “Increased traffic by 300%” means nothing without the starting number, the period and what else changed. Traffic tripling from four visits to twelve is a true statement and a worthless one.
- Enquiries measured, not just traffic
- Conversion tracking from day one
- Fixed price, published
Four things to look for
Whoever you are reading, including us, a case study is only evidence if it gives you the starting position in absolute numbers, the time period the change happened over, what specifically was changed, and a named client you could actually ask.
Miss any one of those and you are reading marketing. It is worth applying that test to every quote you get, not just ours.
What we measure on an electrician's site
Enquiries, not traffic. Traffic is the number agencies report because it always goes up. What matters is how many people rang you, how many filled in the form, and how many of those turned into jobs worth having.
That is why every build has conversion tracking wired in from day one, and why enquiries go into your job management software rather than an inbox where they cannot be counted.
Projects in build
Three electrician sites are in build, one for each of the main specialisms. Each becomes a case study here once it has been live long enough to say something meaningful.
Domestic rewire specialist
Terraced housing stock, consumer unit upgrades, and the homeowner journey of comparing three quotes.
EV charger installer
Charger brand pages, grant messaging, the supply upgrade conversation, and October 2026 competence.
Commercial contractor
Accreditations, project evidence at scale, planned maintenance and tender support.
Client reviews
Reviews from clients of the team behind Rewired Websites, building websites since 2011.
We're getting more enquiries
“Since launching the new website, we've had a noticeable increase in calls and quote requests. It looks professional and makes it really easy for customers to get in touch.”
Exactly what our electrical business needed
“Our old website looked dated and wasn't bringing in work. The new site looks brilliant on mobile and properly showcases the services we offer.”
Professional from start to finish
“The whole process was straightforward. They understood the electrical trade and built us a website that looks professional without being overcomplicated.”
Already generating new jobs
“We wanted a website that actually helped us win more local work, not just something that looked good. We've already had new customers find us through the site.”
Would definitely recommend
“Really pleased with the finished website. It's fast, modern and gives customers confidence in our business. We've had great feedback from existing customers too.”
