Service
Enquiries that become jobs, not emails.
Most electricians have a website form that sends an email. You read it when you stop work. By then the customer has called the other two electricians they found. Connecting the form directly to Commusoft, Tradify, Payaca, Powered Now or Fergus is the cheapest improvement available to most electrical businesses, and almost nobody does it.
Software integration means an enquiry from your website arriving in Commusoft, Tradify, Payaca, Powered Now or Fergus as a job, with the customer details already filled in, rather than as an email you read at nine at night. It is the one thing on this site that a generalist web designer will not do, because it means understanding your trade software rather than your brand colours.

The gap nobody closes
| Form that emails you | Form wired into your system | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the enquiry lands | An inbox, among everything else | Your job list, as a job |
| When you see it | When you next check email | The moment it arrives |
| Customer details | Copy and paste them across | Already filled in |
| Chasing it | You remember, or you don't | It sits in the pipeline like any other job |
| Reporting | None | You can see what the website is actually worth |
This is not difficult to build. It is simply that most web designers have never heard of Commusoft, and most electricians do not know it is possible.
Systems we connect to
Job management, where the enquiry lands.
Commusoft
Larger field service operations, planned maintenance and service contracts.
Tradify
The most common choice among UK electricians running small teams.
Payaca
Quote-led, with interactive quotes the customer can add options to.
Powered Now
Mobile-first, aimed at sole traders and very small firms.
Fergus
Job profitability visible while the job is still running.
And if you run a separate certificates app
Plenty of electricians run iCertifi, Elec-Mate, EasyCert, Zappy or similar alongside their job management system, because certification and job management are genuinely different problems. That setup is fine. The website connects to the job management side. Your certificates stay exactly where they are.
What clients say
Reviews from clients of the team behind Rewired Websites, building websites since 2011.
We're getting more enquiries
“Since launching the new website, we've had a noticeable increase in calls and quote requests. It looks professional and makes it really easy for customers to get in touch.”
Exactly what our electrical business needed
“Our old website looked dated and wasn't bringing in work. The new site looks brilliant on mobile and properly showcases the services we offer.”
Professional from start to finish
“The whole process was straightforward. They understood the electrical trade and built us a website that looks professional without being overcomplicated.”
Already generating new jobs
“We wanted a website that actually helped us win more local work, not just something that looked good. We've already had new customers find us through the site.”
Would definitely recommend
“Really pleased with the finished website. It's fast, modern and gives customers confidence in our business. We've had great feedback from existing customers too.”

Questions about software integration
Which job management systems do you connect to?
Commusoft, Tradify, Payaca, Powered Now and Fergus. If you run something else, tell us and we will check whether it can be connected before you commit to anything.
What actually happens when someone fills in my form?
A job or lead is created in your system with the customer's name, number, postcode and what they asked for, already filled in. It appears alongside everything else you are working on, rather than in a separate inbox.
Does this replace my current setup?
No. It feeds it. You keep working exactly where you already work. The only change is that website enquiries arrive there too.
Can it route different enquiries differently?
Yes. An emergency call-out and a rewire quote do not need the same response, so they do not have to arrive the same way. We set the routing up with you.
What if I use a separate certification app?
That is common and it is fine. Many electricians run iCertifi, Elec-Mate, EasyCert or Zappy alongside their job management system. The website connects to the job management side; certificates stay where they are.
Is this included in every package?
It is included in Contractor and Team. It is not in Starter, because a sole trader running off a phone often does not have a system to connect to yet. If you are on Starter and later add one, we can retrofit it.

Takes about thirty seconds. We come back with a fixed price and a launch date. Prefer WhatsApp or email? Either works just as well.
