A borough where the finish is part of the sale
Hackney is the one borough on this site where an electrician can legitimately sell taste. Across a large part of it, particularly the converted industrial stock running east towards the Wick and the canal, services are meant to be seen. Conduit is not hidden, it is set out. Trunking follows a line somebody chose. Track lighting is specified rather than defaulted to. The client has looked at pictures and has a view.
